The system provides key information such as the number of compacted blocks created, per day, per week, and per month! This helps to plan collections, monitor employee performance and increase efficiency. The machine also sends status update emails to both the customer and your service provider to monitor and enhance the performance of the machine.
There is also the ability to login to the machine remotely, this allows your service provider to monitor and change pressure settings along with other key set points. This feature often reduces downtime as many issues can be solved remotely. On the occasions where a site visit is required, our engineers have a better understanding of the potential issues on site.
