Sorting Table & Conveyor Infeed
Many retailers return their product packaging back to a central distribution warehouse after customer installation.
Often this includes polystyrene, polythene, strapping and cardboard, all of which are materials that can be baled and exchanged for an additional revenue stream, using a vertical baler.
The sorting table allows operatives to segregate the recyclables before placing the polystyrene onto the conveyor system to be compacted. Segregation allows for improved bales, and therefore increased revenues.
No contamination = better compacted blocks = increased revenues
